Mr. Kisohkumar Ramachandran from Easyhomes Immobilien AG is one of the most unprofessional persons I have met throughout my entire life. My partner and I got to know Easyhomes and Mr. Ramachandran while trying to buy an attic apartment at Sägegasse 22b, in Münsingen. According to Mr. Ramachandran, this new apartment building was announced to the market on the week of November 10th, and we were the first to demonstrate serious interest on it and had the first in-person meeting with Mr. Ramachandran partner, Mr. Pavlic, on November 14th (Mr. Ramachandran was travelling abroad on that day). Since the first in-person meeting, we always said to Mr. Ramachandran and his partner that we would like to buy the apartment. We had the financial conditions to do so, given the property value is not high for our income. They communicated to us numerous times that the apartment was pre-reserved for us by email, messages and conversations. Besides the first in-person meeting, we had another two in-person meetings (hours long!) with Mr. Ramachandran, the last one past Saturday, December 6th. The meeting on Saturday was to visit other real estate Easyhomes is developing to see the quality and attention to detail in the execution of the projects. After Saturday's meeting, we once again stated our interest and agreed to pay for the reservation before Christmas. Important notice: The reservation timeline was provided by Mr. Ramachandran, and indeed he took more than a week to provide a detailed timeline, which was also required by the banks for mortgage offerings. Hence, on December 1st he shared: 1st payment: 5%, CHF 50,000.– (reservation before Christmas) 2nd payment: 30% on 15 February 2026 3rd payment: 20% in May 2026 4th payment: 25% in September 2026 5th payment: 15% February 2027 6th payment: 5% in May 2027 Today, December 10th, during lunchtime Mr. Ramachandran called us to tell us that the attic apartment had to go to one of his partners. He said he was sorry to share the bad news and hung up the phone as if our invested time and dream to buy the property were not relevant at all! The accurate summary above shows the character of Mr. Ramachandran. I carefully checked other reviews and there two very important one-star reviews complaining about the dishonesty of Easyhomes personnel, and particularly its CEO, Mr. Ramachandran. Indeed, Mr. Ramachandran and his young company do not embody the values of Swiss people. They do not care about other people's time. They cannot hold their words. They are not MEN, they act like kids. To conclude, I would like to share another relevant aspect of this interaction with Easyhomes and Mr. Ramachandran. They also provide mortgage expertise, according to their words. Mr. Ramachandran himself claims to have worked as a mortgage broker, and as a result shared with us his contacts at AEK and Valiant Bank, in Thun and Belp, respectively. I got mortgage offers from these two banks, and also from UBS, Raiffeisen, SLM, Migros, AXA. Additionally, I consulted HypoPlus, a well-known Swiss mortgage broker, and the exclusive mortgage partner of the internet comparison platform Comparis. The banks suggested by Mr. Ramachandran gave me the worst offerings (by far!). The fixed-rate and SARON mortgage interests are largely public, and Comparis lists them all. Question: Has Mr. Ramachandran a mutual win-win agreement with these banks or is he simply ignorant?

Hence, please, share the notaire agreement of this party dating before December 10th 2025 (yesterday) at 11:46 AM, which was the time you called me to give the news. Let us see if you are a MAN or an immature kid. Also, I asked you to inform me in written format about the content of the call we had yesterday. You have my email. You did not write because you know the legal implications it would have. If you are right about the reservation for another party (the Christmas timeline was given by you, by the way!), I might consider deleting the review.
