Poor organization for the Christmas order pickup on December 25th. They forgot to give out some items and then blamed the customer. I picked up an order for a friend and didn't know everything. I had to drive from Neuenegg to Bümpliz twice. And instead of just a simple apology, which would have sufficed, I was rudely told I should know what I ordered. Sorry, never again Jaun Butcher Shop.
