I like the waste disposal site; the customer card has made things much easier. Unfortunately, I've had a few bad experiences with truck drivers. Even though I was already inside the Flamatter Tunnel, I was almost squeezed. I always stop early when I see a truck. But if I'm already in the tunnel and the driver can't wait five seconds until I'm out... In general, the Freiburghaus truck drivers drive very aggressively, tailgate, and overestimate their loads.

I've been a customer since 1991! Over all this time, I've occasionally experienced staff helping with unloading, or not, depending on their mood. Until now, this hasn't bothered me too much. But today was definitely too much. I arrived at 11:15 a.m. with my small van full of wood and couldn't unload until 11:35 a.m. because there were other customers. That's fine with me. When it was my turn, the staff (four people) immediately got busy with other tasks, and I unloaded the wood (280 kg according to the receipt) myself. They helped the others. They take their lunch break at 11:45 a.m. I finished later, and the barrier for driving onto the scale was already down. It was opened again, as it was time to settle the bill. I mentioned that I would have finished earlier if someone had helped me unload. There was absolutely no reaction from the person I was dealing with. It's a shame, which is why I'm writing this review.
