Opaque and unprofessional communication. We inquired about the cost of a sample model and were told that we would have to pay for both shipping and the item itself. Ultimately, we also had to pay processing fees, which were only mentioned in small print on the quote and were not communicated elsewhere. (Other companies sent us a printed sample free of charge.)
