Update (27.09.2022): Atmoshaus submitted wrong plans to the local Gemeinde which they came to know after completely constructing the house and at the time of handover. We planned everything for the handover, even our parents came from overseas but we couldn't occupy the complete house and our parents had to go back disappointed. We were in a big shock when the Gemeinde informed us that we cannot occupy the house because of wrong construction plans submitted. Can anyone imagine how such a blunder can happen from a professional construction company. We are still waiting to get the full handover of the house. We dont know when this nightmare ends. A nightmare and ongoing: Very nice people till you sign the contract and then the nightmare starts. Changes in the plans which you don't like but you are forced. Many extra costs after signing the contract . They don't respond on time and blame the customer at the end for everything. Changing project managers, we had actually 3 project managers. Many things were not discussed before finalizing the plans. They send plans by post and ask you to sign them without any explanation for those changes. For example: The house plans we bought initially was supposed to be wheelchair friendly, meaining no steps to access the house. But now we have 5 steps to climb to come into house, What if we have old aged people who cannot climb the steps. When you ask them this point, their reaction is we cannot do anything, They dont even look for options or discuss with you possible solutions for a problem. And you need to deal with some rude employees all the time because you are asking too many questions. I have many things to add but everything with this company is very worst experience. I will provide full review after end of construction.

Today we enjoy our new home immensely – beautiful, high-quality, and with a design that perfectly suits our needs.
