A clean and well-organized collection point with friendly and helpful staff. It's exemplary how, on busy days, they even manage traffic flow! Plenty of parking for a steady stream of people coming and going. It's a shame that you can no longer drop off or pick up books, even though it's now known that transmission of Covid via this route is very unlikely.
