I only know the company from driving past it. It's in a very nice location. I think there's a good working atmosphere there because you occasionally meet people talking and laughing near the entrance during breaks. I believe they also had a company outing. But that's all I can say.

Customer service is nonexistent. I received a payment reminder for an invoice I never received. I wanted to inquire about the invoice, but I've been stuck on hold for days. No one answers the phone. What now? I've never experienced anything like this before.

As a supplier, we delivered promptly. However, the way we, as a small, specialized supplier, are treated is characterized by condescending behavior and continued non-payment. Will we ever see our money? Beware! Addendum in response to your reply: There have been countless emails regarding this matter. As a courteous person, I prefer not to comment further on your employee here, but I am happy to speak with your management by phone. Please feel free to surprise me with a prompt payment of the outstanding amount. Addendum 2: The outstanding amount due on May 18, 2020, remains unpaid as of today (March 23, 2021)! CONCLUSION: We will never supply this company again!

Unfortunately, my experience with their service has been extremely poor. I have a damaged gloss finish and am receiving no support from them. Their response is that this can happen and I should let it dry out, but after six months it's even worse (see picture). I receive absolutely no feedback or response to emails or threats. It's very disappointing to treat customers this way.
