Absolutely unprofessional. I made an appointment to view a property the very next day, but the following day it was cancelled because something had come up and Mr. Zingg was supposed to contact me. The advertisement was also removed after a while, and my emails are no longer being answered.
They arrange viewing appointments with people, but then don't show up on the day of the appointment.
An apartment was advertised that I wanted to view. After contacting Mr. Zingg, I received a text message saying "I'm busy, what's this about?" After requesting a viewing, I was told "I'll get back to you." However, when I still hadn't received a reply after two days and inquired again, I was told "the apartment is gone." Outrageous! And that has absolutely nothing to do with professionalism!
Excellent advice and a straightforward sales process. Friendly and competent.
Professionalism is something else entirely; the communication was terrible.
