Despite the peak season and extremely hot summer days, the appointment was scheduled lightning fast, and the installation took place just four days after my call! 🙃 Their exceptional friendliness and extraordinary customer focus deserve special mention: When I asked if Berchtold Kältetechnik would handle future maintenance, Mr. Berchtold explained on the phone that this wasn't mandatory. He offered to show me how to perform the maintenance myself during the installation, as it was "not difficult." This saves on maintenance costs – a level of service that is rare these days.
