We had a problem with our elevator shortly after 6 p.m. and couldn't get into our penthouse apartment. Mr. Wegmüller came to our home personally and sorted everything out. You can count on Mr. Wegmüller! Thanks again.
Do you want to do everything yourself despite having a contract? Then choose Wegmüller Hauswartungen GmbH. This company is ridiculous. The lawn is mowed every three weeks, the stairwell is vacuumed for about 5-7 minutes every two weeks, and their heating service is one of the best they've ever done. They're constantly trying to sell us new, overpriced equipment that can be fixed with a simple restart. Companies like this should be shut down. Important: please don't complain; you'll get rude responses, and Wegmüller will never come to your house again.
Very reliable, they work precisely and quickly. The employees are professional and friendly.
Unfortunately, this is a very unqualified company. They have no idea about heating technology. I don't recommend them at all. When Mr. Bollmann still worked there, the promised service was always up to scratch.
