Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at the ASM travel center in Niederbipp. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. My questions were answered irritably and curtly instead of being genuinely assisted. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in customer service. I hope the company works on improving the friendliness of its staff, because this kind of experience certainly doesn't make a customer feel welcome.
Poor customer service at the counter. I wanted to buy a ticket at 7:00 AM, but the man was busy tapping away on his phone and watching TV. He acknowledged me, but made no attempt to assist me.

I have received excellent advice for decades. Opening hours 5:00 AM - 9:30 PM are very customer-oriented.
