Always closed. You have to be persistent to get an answer. The staff aren't workaholics. Quite the opposite, in fact. Although they're only open for a few hours a day and often close for a few extra days around holidays, you're still met with a seated stare as the staff hesitates about whether to stand up. You don't feel welcome. I was there today, and none of the three employees wanted to serve me.

Opening hours that any normal citizen can only dream of... I work in retail, so I NEVER have the chance to go to the town hall. By the time you open, I've already been working for two hours. By the time you close, I'm still working... closed at noon before Ascension Day, closed on the Friday before the holiday. (Some people would actually have time then.) In retail, I cater to the customer, which doesn't seem to matter to you... what a shame, I hope the tax money is being used more effectively elsewhere...
