Our boiler broke down right before Christmas – at the worst possible time. Despite another construction project, Emil stopped by briefly, assessed the situation, and contacted us the very next morning with suitable solutions. Just 15 minutes later, he had already contacted his supplier, and less than three hours after that, the new boiler was at our house.
