I had a very positive experience with REMA; their costs were transparent. I ordered the lift with delivery and installation, and everything went perfectly. From the initial consultation to the delivery date, everything was top-notch. The delivery and installation were also excellent. The installation team was very friendly and competent; they worked cleanly and explained everything to me in detail regarding operation and maintenance. I can highly recommend REMA! I would gladly use them again...
We purchased a 3500kg car lift from Rema in 2025 and picked it up ourselves on site. Communication was always straightforward and direct. Any questions we had were answered promptly and constructively. So, in my opinion, if you're looking to buy a car lift or workshop equipment simply, quickly, and at an attractive price, you've come to the right place.
We had a problem with a scissor lift. The phone support was quick and friendly, but unfortunately couldn't resolve the issue. A short time later, they were able to help us on-site. The lift is now working perfectly again. Great people who know what they're doing. Fantastic, thank you so much!
Our personal experience with Rema-Maschinen AG, Niederurnen: The attached photos of the lift installation speak for themselves; we do not recommend them. During the installation work by this company, numerous tiles of the new flooring were damaged by unprofessional drilling and assembly work – yet the lift was subsequently installed by this company on top of the many damaged tiles. A proper, professional installation looks very different! Since the reinstallation, the lift has also been making loud grinding noises, and not all of the lift's attachments were installed. Exercise particular caution regarding advance payments! Despite immediate notification of the defects and the opportunity to have the damage repaired by the responsible company, Rema-Maschinen AG refuses to take responsibility for their extremely substandard work and to rectify the significant damage they caused. The conclusion from our experience with this company: Untrustworthy, unprofessional installation, the customer is left to bear the costs and damages caused by the company. No customer-oriented approach. The contractor collects 100% payment before providing the service and then ignores any subsequent issues. The entrepreneurial risk and installation errors are completely shifted onto the customer – secured by the required 100% prepayment.
My experience was excellent – everything went smoothly, and I felt completely at ease. The service was friendly and professional. I would definitely be happy to come back!
I've shopped at Rema twice, buying a total of three machines. Excellent value for money! The pickup date was kept. The goods were ready, and the man in the warehouse was extremely friendly and helpful. The installation instructions are somewhat sparse, so they're not for the novice. The customer service on the phone leaves a lot to be desired, as no callbacks are expected. Several inquiries by phone came from the buyer, and friendliness is apparently not a top priority. Therefore, my advice is to order early enough, as it can take a while. All in all, it's quite good, and since it's ultimately about the product, I would shop there again.
