Dropped my bike off in the morning for a gear fix and picked it up again in the afternoon. Discovered my chain was far too loose and readjusted that too with no charge. The crew genuinely seem to enjoy the job and showed it with a real pleasant upbeat attitude. Highly recommended, and I promise to be back when my chain does eventually give out on me 😅. (Also nobody had any qualms with speaking English. Much appreciated!)
Kocher Bike provided me with expert advice when I bought my bike. I was able to test ride several bikes. I am very happy with my 45 km/h e-bike.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my visit. When I bought my bicycle, a different child seat was installed than originally agreed upon; the installed model was of significantly lower quality, yet still more expensive than expected. The service was also disappointing: not only was it considerably more expensive than at other workshops, but not all the requested work was carried out. For example, a loose handle was only tightened after I specifically asked about it when I picked up the bike. Based on this experience, I will not be using this shop again in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my bike in for servicing and I'm absolutely thrilled! It rides so much better than before – I have no idea how they did it, but it's so much fun! 🚴♀️✨ Everything was repaired perfectly, they even cleaned it, and the ride feels so much more comfortable now. The staff are super friendly, cheerful, and create a great atmosphere. They clearly have a real passion for bikes. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back! 🙌🏼
