I contacted Safia about a new washroom lift after being disappointed by another, larger company. Mr. Campolo examined everything very carefully and gave me a very fair offer. Since I wanted a fully galvanized lift for the washroom, he proactively recommended another company, his competitor. Ultimately, I didn't do business with Safia or Mr. Campolo, but I can highly recommend the company for its competence and honesty. Thank you very much for the excellent advice.

I don't recommend this company. The purchase process is very slow and tedious. However, the fact that a lift is repaired when it's a total loss and Safia insists on payment is impossible and completely unacceptable.
