I can highly recommend eb media's services. I recently bought a new laptop and needed help with setup, etc. Ernst B. did a fantastic job and organized everything I needed (installation and setup of the laptop, obtaining the necessary software including licenses, and setting up my home Wi-Fi network with additional repeaters). All of this was done with great expertise, quickly, reliably, and at a very reasonable price. Next time I have an IT problem, I know exactly who to contact.
A huge thank you for all the tips and invaluable help. My switch to Linux and getting started with networking would have been much more difficult and certainly fraught with mistakes. But this way, the collaborative tinkering and troubleshooting were actually fun, and I learned a great deal from Ernst. I gained a neighbor and made a friend!
