We had an advertising pylon manufactured for our company. The pylon broke during the first strong wind. Crealine repaired and reinforced it. During the next strong wind, the pylon broke again at 95 km/h. The seller refuses to refund the money, only agreeing to another repair and claim through insurance. A total of €8,000 later, we still don't have our advertising pylon. Now we have a supplier who also offers a warranty. It's a shame, because it would otherwise have been a pleasant experience.
