An employee very aggressively pointed out my allegedly improper parking behavior, even though I only wanted to make a quick U-turn in the space. It wasn't even his job. He blocked my path, preventing me from leaving. Unfortunately, the incident unnecessarily resulted in a police intervention (initiated by him). The police couldn't take the whole thing seriously and had to remind the employee of his duties. In short: incompetent employees who have no idea of the law and are clearly not trained in de-escalation and social behavior.
This wasn't the first time I was met with aggressive and derogatory language right at the start of a conversation. Whether the BHS's "monitoring" further progressed constituted abuse of authority would likely be a matter for a court to decide. The City of Thun should evaluate whether the right partner has truly been found here, or whether this service provider is fully aware of its responsibilities and responsibilities.
The behavior of some employees is often aggressive and unprofessional. As a special education teacher, I was particularly struck by the psychological instability of one employee. Even when we show him our permit in writing and with photos, this employee distrusts us. He stops us, calls his boss, and we have to give our names. We are sometimes even forced to show our ID. I believe this is something that should be reserved for the police. It's embarrassing for Thun to outsource state authority to save money. Another star has been lost today... An employee is denying us access to our sales area in the park. This is despite the fact that two weeks ago, the BHS boss (on the phone) and his employee (who called his boss to ask what should be done) left us alone and finally believed in our permit. So today we had to call 117 (the Swiss emergency number), the police reprimanded BHS, and we finally have normal conditions here again. Now the BHS employee is angry with her boss, who didn't tell her that he had already given the go-ahead two weeks prior. A very busy boss, I suppose?
Employees slander other people to make themselves look better, acting like police officers. Local patrols are carried out in cars. The dog never left the car (Berner HUNDE Security) because he is unmanageable. However, while in the car, he barked at everything that came within 10 meters.
Friendly, helpful, reliable. Thank you for your great work.
