Rather recent telephone operators; I called three times at their request, then they said I was being pushy. My recommendation: find an apartment elsewhere and provide internal training in customer service, insurance, and property management. If that doesn't help, throw them chocolate pieces from a great distance (a safe distance) and wait for the serotonin to kick in. Strawberries, unfortunately, have proven ineffective.

I was treated very rudely and shouted at loudly during the apartment handover. Such behavior is in no way professional and definitely not appropriate! Never again!
