Contacted to organize visit and discuss / confirm state of vehicle as photos showed no defects and price was maximum for the year / kms. Once arriving it was immediate to see car needed repair to drivers seat and paint very blemished / chipped, it was clear the sales person was not honest and waisted our time. I feel better to not give my money to this type of dealer and happy to spend my money for car in another place…

I traveled from Geneva to Nurensdorf to see a car that we were very convinced with after seeing the photos. Bad enough, the photos didn’t show the major defaults of the car - multiple chips on the hood and a significant torn on the driver’s seat. The only explanation given was that the car is not new (as if we didn’t know) and has signs of use. Maybe it wouldn’t be a problem to invest in the seat and paint job, if the state of the car was clear from the very beginning. Otherwise, very disappointing after spending entire day for travel to see something that looks much different than advertised. On the top of this, the only staff speaking English left at the exact moment of my arrival. Strange as it was explained before that we don’t speak German and will come to see and potentially buy the car. For a used car, I wasn’t able to negotiate the price at all, even though it was obvious it needs some work. Not good client experience and I’m definitely not willing to come back for another deal there.
