We bought a large sliding door wardrobe from a German furniture store because this particular model was advertised as being especially sturdy and high-quality. The wardrobe was delivered and assembled by the furniture store. The first time we tried to slide the mirrored door left and right, small pieces of plastic flew out. If we had known this beforehand, we would have filmed it, because nobody would believe something like that. The installers have now discovered that the built-in brakes are too weak for the heavy mirrored door and simply break off. We've been waiting for over a month for replacement parts, and so far we've only spent a lot of money on a useless wardrobe. We also hope that the replacement parts are of better quality, otherwise the whole thing is pointless. In short: next time we're going to IKEA. At least there you know what you're getting. We are extremely disappointed and feel completely ripped off.
A super ok company. I arrived in the evening and I didn't have a schedule. They let me sleep overnight in their yard. Very kind people. They told me that I also went to the toilet. Both very clean and maintained. 10 out of 10 with congratulations
We purchased these two dressers from Jutzler, and they were delivered four weeks ago. At the time, the rails for the entire left drawer were already missing, so the furniture company we purchased from had to reorder them. A replacement arrived two weeks later, but during installation, the installers noticed that rails were missing again. Now I've been waiting for four weeks to finally be able to use the expensive Jutzler products. I might have expected such blunders from IKEA, but from a furniture company in Switzerland? Embarrassing, unprofessional, and unfriendly to customers.
We've owned a high-quality wardrobe for about eight years (and have assembled and disassembled it several times). Since some parts broke or became loose over time, I contacted the retailer. As they were unable or unwilling to help, I contacted Jutzler's customer service directly. They provided excellent advice and ensured everything was repaired in no time. This is exactly the kind of company I expect from a business that prioritizes quality – not just in its products, but also in its service. Even if something breaks, customers aren't simply left in the lurch. Fantastic service and customer support, especially from Mr. Leibundgut! :-)). Based on this experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
This is the last time we're contacting you about our "open problem" from Jutzler, or rather Möbel Martin. Unfortunately, we haven't received any feedback or a solution to this matter to date. The question now is... is no one willing or able to offer a solution or suggestion...!!!!! If our previous discussions, which, as we expected, were very positive, now ultimately fizzle out... then this should be our last purchase from Möbel Matin. We don't think a further recommendation would be appropriate in this situation.
I bought a product from Pfister with your name on the manual, but you're not serious about the quality of your instructions; nothing is explained properly. The photos are poorly done. I'm stuck assembling the small drawer because nothing is explained. Your manual only covers some products in the range. For example, the large drawer but not the small one... I really don't recommend it!
