On the last leg of a long business trip, I got a flat tire right in front of the hotel in town, hitting the curb. Even though it was a different make and a somewhat unusual size, the staff there pulled out all the stops to find a replacement as quickly as possible. They even gave us a ride within town so we could make our appointment. I'll never forget what one of the employees said when I picked up the tire: "The lightning bolt will fix it for the star" (referring to their main brand and my car). I'll never forget that! :D
I went there spontaneously because one of my brake lights had failed. I also asked if the headlights could be readjusted. Both things were taken care of. I'll gladly take my car there for service next time. It was my first time there.
