Jaman and his two colleagues completed our move today. They were on time, very efficient, and quick to work. They were cheerful and polite. They did a fantastic job and even went above and beyond what was originally agreed upon. They reassembled the furniture perfectly and even drilled holes and hung pictures in the new apartment. We've never experienced such service! We can wholeheartedly recommend this team. They would definitely deserve more than 5 stars if we could give them more.
I had zuegler.ch handle my move and cleaning. The price-performance ratio was excellent, and all my questions were answered quickly and professionally. The team was punctual, and the move was completed efficiently. The men were very friendly and professional, and everything was done to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely use this company again for my next move.
We were extremely disappointed as customers. A complete disaster. We had a handover guarantee that was unfortunately useless. We had to do the cleaning ourselves! The company insisted on cleaning the entire 4.5-room apartment in one day, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, even though we offered that they could come earlier since it was a large apartment. Furthermore, the apartment was inspected and approved by the management at 4:00 PM. When we arrived at 4:00 PM, several rooms had been forgotten (the balcony, the basement, and the refrigerator hadn't even been defrosted or cleaned). The floor wasn't clean either (neither swept nor vacuumed). In the bathroom, the glass partition separating the shower was completely smeared. We contacted the person in charge, who simply stated that his two men who were on site would need 15 minutes to clean it. (Real-time minimum: 4 hours) The management and the new tenants were appalled. We arranged with the cleaning staff for them to do a follow-up cleaning, and we would come back in a few hours. After three hours, I received a call saying the employees had finished. We immediately went to the apartment, and the shower, mirrors, faucets, and kitchen countertops were all greasy and smeared! Furthermore, the refrigerator wasn't cleaned, and the basement still hadn't been cleaned! The employees (only two people) were very tired and exhausted for such a large apartment. They were no longer able to properly perform the follow-up cleaning. These two employees are unfortunate; you can't clean such a large apartment in such a short time with only two people! It is the company's responsibility to send more employees for this job. We sent the employees home and cleaned for another 1.5 hours ourselves! We tried again to contact the person in charge, but they were suddenly no longer reachable by phone. Out of sympathy for the employees, we paid the full amount but contacted them by email to complain. We were told that everything was fine according to their employees and that they would contact us by phone, but unfortunately, this hasn't happened yet. The company isn't responding to our emails or calls. We feel completely ripped off as customers by this company. Never again!!!
