We bought an older house, and Schneider has helped us with problems and malfunctions a few times now. Communication is always excellent, and Mr. Arifi on site does a good, clean job. He's very professional. Above all, they've stepped in twice in a hurry when the heating stopped working (in winter). Thank you very much.
During the construction of our house, we had all the plumbing and heating installations done by Fritz Schneider AG. I was particularly impressed with the heating installation. Mr. Arifi worked very cleanly and precisely. Mr. Rodriguez also provided us with very friendly service later on. The employees and the clean work are what sets this company apart! Thank you.
No communication during the entire conversion from oil heating to a heat pump. The unit was installed in the wrong location (maintenance intervals were not observed). The customer is now at fault. No discussion so far, but the final bill arrived with an 11% surcharge 🤣 The case is now with legal insurance, which is a real shame!
