The holiday opening hours could be adjusted so that people don't arrive to find the doors locked. Because unless you specifically check the municipal website, it says it's open.
I am very disappointed with the municipality of Obfelden. My experiences with the administrative staff were extremely frustrating. It seems as if cooperation and customer service are foreign concepts here. Overall, I got the impression that bureaucracy prevails over helpfulness. I'm glad I moved away from this municipality, because it's impossible to feel well cared for as a citizen under these circumstances.
