I ordered a new monitor at YOULAP via Projekt Neptun. The process was easy. As it is a new type of monitor, I have to wait a little before it comes. But so far everything looks ok.

I ordered a Lenovo laptop from Youlap. The item was very well described on the website. The ordering process was very easy. It was delivered quickly and everything arrived in perfect condition! I would gladly order again!

I found this company through an Instagram ad and was in for a surprise. And not a pleasant one… Be sure to read their terms and conditions. (especially https://shop.youlap.ch/return) No other shop I know of—and certainly no reputable one—has such unrealistic return policies (40% refund for cancellations BEFORE the item is shipped, only with a plea and approval from customer service…). On top of that, there are handling fees (20%, minimum CHF 80) for order changes, and so on… And the device hasn't even been delivered yet. If things are already starting like this, I wonder what it will be like if a warranty claim arises, etc. Customer goodwill is probably a foreign concept here; there will likely be fees. Quite audacious for a newer company that should be earning customer trust 😳
