the move was scheduled on the phone for 8a.m. The movers arrived at 13.00. ok, I still can live with that. Moving the furniture went smooth but the work required extra hour, charged for 260 CHF. okay, as the rules were clear. The movers offered taking 2 objects into recycling park. as they said; that service won't cost a lot- only 88CHF, with that price I greed on it. upon return they requested 600 CHF....and not in the bill but in cash.... which I personally found a rip- off.

SHADY AND SKETCHY; STAY AWAY! I moved from Winterthur to Zurich and came across this company on DeinDeal, they showed up 5 hours late, the move went ok, except for the fact that they badly damaged and broke one of my indoor plants, the plant costs around 900 chf. I have mentioned to them right away the issue, followed up via email, phone calls and even my lawyer wrote to them, never heard back from them! Additionally they wanted me to pay cash or TWINT, charged me an extra 300 chf for an hour extra and 45 chf per person for their lunches... They did not provide a contract, very shady and sketchy company! STAY AWAY!

I also got a voucher for 3 hours of moving through DeinDeal. Since I only read the reviews afterward, I expected the worst. But they arrived at the old apartment promptly at 8:00 a.m. on Monday and completed the move a little earlier without any problems. This was despite some of our boxes being packed at the last minute, not being ideal, or even loose, which gave the movers a bit more work. But they handled everything brilliantly and were really fast! They only deduct one star because communication was a bit lacking at the beginning regarding appointment confirmations, phone calls, etc.

Extremely disappointing! A disaster! I booked this company, which was called "Your Best Movers" back in April 2021, through Deindeal for my move. A fatal mistake! I was foolishly misled by the good Google reviews and the fair moving price of CHF 525. The moving company arrived 5 hours late, so instead of starting at 1:00 PM, they couldn't begin until 6:00 PM. I received no apology and simply had to accept it. Of course, I had taken the day off work. On the way to my new home, they even had to refuel their car! (I was charged for this time, of course, since I had booked the company for 3 hours). After the 16th minute of overtime, I was charged an additional CHF 260 for extra time and had to pay in cash. The movers were tired and made mistakes. In the end, they reassembled my wardrobe incorrectly, and some of my furniture was damaged. The movers were tired and made mistakes. I'm still waiting for compensation. I meticulously documented the damages and sent the documents to the company promptly within the contractually agreed timeframe. On their new website, where the company now calls itself "Saint Umzüge GmbH," they advertise excellent customer service. However, when I call, they're always unavailable and tell me to send an email. These emails are rarely answered. I've been waiting for over four months for a response and have already sent two reminder emails. Stay away from this company!

All our valuables were carefully packed and securely stowed in the van. No scratches, no damage, and the furniture was disassembled and reassembled flawlessly. I highly recommend them.
