Very competent Lotus dealer and garage. Bought an Exige from them recently. I'm not the easiest customer and can be a bit difficult / nitpicking character at times. Frank and the rest of the team were super patient with me and displayed a lot of goodwill towards small complaints i've had with the car (and fixed them perfectly out of goodwill AFTER i've already signed the contract). This has given me a lot of trust with them for the future. I honestly really appreciate this! Visiting them in Schötz always feels like being welcomed at home or at a friends place. Just sad that you neee at least 25 years old to rent a car, there are other places that you can rent a new ferrari and need nothing just driving licence
I was here to test drive a Lotus Exige and I have to say this was a unique customer experience. I contacted them on the Lotus website and got a callback right away, we could arrange an appointment very easily and I drove off fro Zürich to their location. From the salespeople, to the mechanics and also an old couple who I asume are the owners of the business everybody was extremely polite and friendly, and focusing all the time on "the experience". About the car, I've never driven anything like this, it takes a real driver to tame this beast, everything is manual and has a raw feeling to it, you are constantly connected to the road in a way that can only be understood by driving the car. If you are looking to buy or rent a Lotus I can wholeheartedly recommend to pay them a visit, you won't be dissappointed. I'll be back for sure to test the Lotus Emira when it becomes available.
