I am thoroughly disappointed with the Solis Grind & Infuse Compact 1018 coffee machine. Despite being advertised to work with ESE pods, it fails to do so effectively. When using the ESE portafilter, the machine builds up excessive pressure, causing the coffee to spray dangerously outside the holder. This poses a significant risk of burns to both hands and body, making it unsafe to use. Contacting the support department was an exercise in frustration. Instead of taking responsibility, they declined all accountability and shockingly suggested I buy a competitor's machine (Senseo). They refused to repair or replace the machine, despite it being under warranty. This level of customer service is unacceptable and adds to the overall disappointment with the product. Avoid this machine and brand at all costs if you value your safety and expect reliable customer support.
The Solis FanTastic 750 ventilator is garbage. I bought it in Hungary, and it died after two weeks. Now I’m battling with the official Hungarian repair service. After holding onto it for 6 weeks, they returned it saying there was no issue. Then, after just 30 minutes of use, I had to send it back with the same problem. Now they've had the product for seven more weeks. Avoid Solis if you can. The fact that the company calls itself Swiss is a joke
This company should not be allowed to call itself Swiss. I bought a breezy ventilator from them. Was recommended by my retailer as a silent model and Solis claims this too. This is simply a lie. Moreover, the product simply does not work and Solis is unwilling to take responsibility for it. I am very unhappy and will never in my life buy or recommend another Solis product.
Bought a the coffee machine Barista Perfetta Plus, which operated for only about a week. Customer service unreachable.

I bought a Solis kettle, model 5519. It malfunctioned the very first time I used it. The same thing happened with the replacement model. Furthermore, despite about twenty calls and messages left on their answering machine, it's impossible to get in touch with the company... I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs!
