I needed pest control and contacted the company headquarters. The woman informed me that the sales representative responsible for my region would get in touch. No one called. The next day (22 hours later), I inquired again about when the representative would contact me. She told me she would send the sales representative another email. The sales representatives were supposed to contact the customer within 24 hours. Now another 48 hours have passed, and no one has contacted me. What can I say? Was my problem not big enough to be ignored? Luckily, there are other companies that are more reliable.
