We booked Cinar for a post-construction cleaning service and were unfortunately dissatisfied. There were communication issues, some of which were the fault of the architectural firm, but the final bill for the work was still far too high. While certain defects were quickly resolved, we continually discovered new things that hadn't been cleaned properly or at all. For example, the windows were just a mess. Unfortunately, we can't recommend them!
