I was contacted by this dubious AI employment agency. I only responded because I feared being sanctioned by the RAV (Public Employment Office). The email was completely unprofessionally worded and obviously written by an AI. The registration form is also completely unusable. For example, you can't select Switzerland for your citizenship and country of residence. Other fields couldn't be filled out correctly either. I ultimately had to cancel the registration. Luckily! I would have felt very bad about allowing this company access to my file. The advertisement I was supposed to apply for was completely unsuitable and aimed at people with a pharmacy degree.

Unfortunately, the company comes across as very unprofessional. According to Aeins, I had a very good chance of getting the job I applied for. The recruiter went on vacation and told me that either she or her colleague would get back to me. I haven't heard anything since. That's unacceptable! It got even more impersonal when I received a message from Indeed that I couldn't be considered for the position. Not even Aeins themselves communicated this!

Luckily, I have several years of professional experience; otherwise, I would question my own perception. Extremely unfriendly on the phone. Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive. The position is presented to employees as more prestigious than it actually is. I'm not willing to take a significant career setback. Addendum: Simply speculating about who it could be without knowing the facts and just making assumptions is odd. And they clearly haven't heard of data protection. I doubt they're allowed to just publish other people's emails like that. It says it all about this temp agency...
