I had situation with the digital connection. Apparently they even though it is included in the "nebencosten" i have to pay it. Also i dont even have internet/TV/phone, and when i moved in 6 months bofore no one informed me about this extra cost. During the phone call the person responsable (the manager from the schönbühl office) told it has been like this for the last 2 years, and they cannot inform everyone about this change. During the switch in July they could have told me about this, without needing an extra phone call/e-mail to inform about this. Very unhelpful during the call, with what it seemed to me as being annoyed to have to talk to me instead of trying to find a solution for the problem.
I am currently experiencing issues with Niederer in Ostermundigen, which acts as Verwaltung for a chalet in Wengen where my wife and I own a studio apartment. Its staff say I owe money in respect of 2017 communal fund contributions, when I paid exactly what they asked for. They respond by saying the costs were higher than budget, even though the documents they sent me do not show that. When I point out that the amount that they credit me with having paid is around Fr640 less than my bank account shows I paid over the course of 2017, they keep insisting I owe money. Is it simple incompetence? I don't know but it does not inspire confidence...
Absolutely rubbish, calls to the office go unanswered or ignored...no winter heating since 1 week in Oltnerstrasse 117, 4663 Aarburg, despite complaints...Rent with them at your own risk..
I have been living in Switzerland for four years and I dealt with many real estate agents, Niederer AG was different as they took professionalism to the next level and Mr. Kipfer invested his precious time, resources and effort in helping me with finding an amazing cozy accommodation and I’m sure that it won’t be the last time to deal with niederer AG.
