We ordered a shower toilet from Wälti AG and had it installed last week. Before the purchase, we received comprehensive and extremely courteous advice. They didn't recommend the most expensive model, but rather the one that best met our needs. That was very nice. The service technicians were friendly and competent. My follow-up phone calls a few days later were answered patiently and knowledgeably. We are very satisfied!
