Simply an extremely tedious company. Every letter, no matter what it is, arrives registered and involves a lot of hassle. (MAINLY, IT'S EXPENSIVE; we're still paying for their terrible service.)
Idiots who don't respect the law and give heating bills to tenants years later, despite multiple letters. If nothing is done, they keep these amounts...avoid them...they're not professional
