Best internal IT service
A paper mill where you want to load, even though you sometimes have to wait for your turn. You check in on the computer in the office near the scales. He issues a card, which you then apply to the scales and show to the stacker at loading. If you have any problems, for example, with the loading number, a porter is available to help. Then, you wait to be called from the parking lot, observing the display boards. Scale, scanning, and entry to the internal parking lot, where you again observe the signs indicating which loading ramp. All loading of paper rolls takes place backwards from the ramps. After leaving the scale, the goods are secured in the external parking lot. After a delay, it's best to take a photo of how you did it; they'll ask for it in the office when you hand over your documents anyway. The porter issues the documents. You can park here overnight. The building has been renovated and has a restroom for drivers. I have no complaints. The company's staff is helpful and understanding.
I'm appalled by the state of this paper mill. Garbage is scattered all over the site—scraps of paper, plastic scraps, and packaging material are flying around uncontrollably. What's particularly alarming is that the strong winds are blowing the trash directly into the adjacent forest. Nature is suffering from this pollution. We want to see things improve.
Greetings to Perlen papier, great organization. The gentleman at the registration desk was very kind to explain to me what I need to register on the machine, after all, this is my first time at this place. If you are loading like me, you will need two numbers, one is shorter than 6 digits 3....., the other is reference 8......... It is very important to know from which border you will leave Switzerland, the machine offers all possible options. After you have entered everything, the machine prints you a ticket that you scan when you get on the scale. Then you park on the left side and wait for the trailer number to appear on the board above the ramps. There is an automatic locking system on the ramps themselves, you reverse with the trailer raised to the maximum. If you have not put the pads in advance, enter the logistics and wait for someone to open the yellow door for you. They load super fast! When you are ready, you scan the ticket on the scale again, only this time on the way out. You pull over in the parking lot, put on your seatbelts, and take a photo of the trailer so that the license plate is visible. One photo with the license plate, and one from above so you can see how you secured the load. You show the photos to the registration office and get your documents. Perfect job! Greetings from Bulgaria!
There's a large parking lot in front of the company. Registration is done on the computer at the checkpoint; you'll need a 6-digit reference number and a 9-digit ID number. After registration, take the printed ticket with the barcode, go to your car, and wait for your license plate to appear on the monitor in the parking lot. Once your license plate lights up, enter the area, and there's a scale at the entrance. Tap the barcode on the screen. If you see the weight display and a green light, proceed ahead and park in the parking lot on the left. Ahead are screens with ramp numbers and your license plate. If your license plate lights up opposite the ramp number, drive under the ramp. Non-slip mats are required (if you don't have any, you can get some at the ramp). After loading, drive through the scale, park in the parking lot, and secure the rolls with the corners as shown in the photo (if you don't have any, get some at the ramp). Once secured, take a photo of the back and go to the checkpoint to get your documents. The restroom and shower key are at the checkpoint.
We leave the truck in the parking lot... We go to the reception, where there's a computer where we can enter the reference number and other information. The gentleman at the reception is very friendly, as are the employees unloading the goods. There's a restroom, a shower, and a coffee machine. Driver 🇵🇹 …
