The club itself is decent: the equipment is mostly new, although many machines are often out of order. However, the way this club treats its customers is unacceptable. We were members for many years because we lived nearby and it was convenient. Even after having a child, we still tried to attend whenever we could. In November, we moved to a different area (Morschach) and found out that there is NO club nearby. ( No Clever fit )….The nearest location is 26–28 km away😵😵,which takes long way 🫠👎🏻. With a small child, this is completely unrealistic. Our membership ended in December. According to the contract, cancellation must be done three months in advance — but we only found and moved to the new apartment in November….. How were we supposed to know in advance that we would move to an area without this club?(can happen ). We contacted them by email and phone, explained everything, and still they charged us for an entire additional year…😤😤😤. Despite the fact that we will clearly NOT use the club at all.🫠 This is not about rules — it’s about basic fairness and common sense. Unfortunately, this club shows zero flexibility, zero empathy, and no HUMAN understanding of real-life circumstances. Very disappointing👎🏻 experience. I would not recommend this club because of their rigid and unfair contract practices.
I have been going to this gym for just under a year now, and today I was guided by Yves in designing a new workout program. Yves was very attentive and patient in showing me different moves and machines according to my ability. Thank you!
I had a personal rehab appointment with Beatrix and it was great. She took the time to understand what the problem was, she was very thorough with explaining the exercises and the rationale for each exercise and she made a program based on my needs. Very polite and very friendly. I’m grateful! Thank you Beatrix 😊 …
I have been training here for a month and it is the best place. Beatrix is the best one to help with every issue. I recommend!
Just a quick note—access to water in the gym it’s limited to Gold plan members. Silver members must bring their own water from home.
I joined the gym at the end of August and paid for both a Golden Membership and a parking card. Despite multiple visits, I still haven’t received the parking card until today. First, I was told it would be ready the next day. Then I found out it was never ordered, and the person responsible was on vacation. Even by September 22nd, still no card. Very disappointing and unprofessional, especially since I paid for it. I hope a proper compensation will be offered. That said, the gym itself is great — clean, modern, and well-equipped.
