Beware of misrepresentation and systematic shifting of blame! I can only warn against this agency. They employ an aggressive "falsehood" as soon as problems arise: - Proven misrepresentation: A contract component (Medgate/family doctor model) was incorrectly confirmed to me after I explicitly inquired in writing. This written confirmation was the sole basis for my contract. - Reality check: In practice, it turned out that Concordia does not offer the promised services in that form. - Handling of complaints: Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistake, they ignore you. When a response finally comes, it is incredibly brazen: I was brazenly accused of having "expected" the incorrect configuration – even though the consultant had initially offered it to me exactly that way, both verbally and in writing. - Lack of goodwill: Instead of correcting the error without bureaucracy, they pressure you to cancel and fob you off with standard platitudes. Anyone who values honest advice and reliability should steer clear of this agency in Pfäffikon SZ. A prime example of how to alienate customers. Never again Concordia.

As a long-time customer, I highly recommend this insurance company. The service is consistently good, and the staff is always very friendly. The most important thing is that you have personal customer contact and don't have to use a hotline. They're not the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive either. The price/performance ratio is okay.
