The insurance advisor assigned to us was highly incompetent and simply pushed his standard offer on us instead of addressing our specific needs. The consultation lasted over two hours before we finally managed to get rid of him. When I sent an email to cancel the policy, they simply didn't reply. When I called, no one answered, and instead, they asked for a PIN that I never received. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy!

It's all a scam, apart from aggressive telephone advertising, these blockheads can't do anything.
