Excellent service. The work was carried out professionally, reliably, and cleanly. I was very satisfied with the water treatment and the entire process and can gladly recommend Zier AG.
I bought the Maytronics Liberty 600 from Zier AG after inquiring about the device in the store. We have a natural swimming pool, and the staff knew this. Despite this, they sold me the 600 model. I soon noticed that the device practically never climbed the walls. This wasn't due to a potentially slippery wall; it simply didn't do it. Despite numerous emails, the store refused to take the robot back, simply stating that I had wanted this particular robot and that it was working perfectly. They claimed it was obvious the device couldn't function properly in a natural swimming pool. However, this wasn't mentioned to me. The robot was inspected by Maytronics. I bought the device to clean the bottom and walls. The store showed no interest in finding a new solution, merely suggesting I could sell the device on Ricardo, etc. Because the staff/manager were always friendly and responded to my emails quickly, I decided to give them two stars. Otherwise, it would have been a negative star. Maytronics never responded to my inquiries.

The water softening system that was delivered and installed perfectly meets our needs. Everything went smoothly, from the initial consultation to the training. The installers from Zier did an excellent job. The work was carried out cleanly and to our complete satisfaction. Special requests were handled in a friendly manner, and minor modifications were completed with the same professionalism. The installers were always very courteous and left their work areas clean and tidy. I can only offer my sincere congratulations on such excellent, motivated, and highly dedicated employees.
