I'm a first-grade teacher at a special needs school and teach children with speech and language therapy according to the elementary school curriculum. I'm absolutely convinced by the intuitibrix after testing them in class for three weeks. They're not just simple number blocks, whose size strongly encourages comparison. Rather, they also incorporate the cardinal number aspect by representing the quantity at the edge and clearly indicating the power of 5. This helps children develop internal quantity images, which form the basis for arithmetic. With the help of the blocks, children are enabled to recognize relationships between quantities, and mathematical concepts such as difference, distance, how much more, how much less can be systematically developed and practiced. Numbers in love, doubling, halving, neighboring problems, symmetries, and calculation strategies become child's play and understandable for every child. The blocks are also a lot of fun for the children. I believe these blocks belong in every classroom and are worth every cent. With the additional materials, there's never a shortage of ideas for use in class, and they're a real help, especially for children who find it difficult to grasp quantities. I never want to be without them again, and my son loves them too, so I regularly carry them back and forth between home and school :-) .

Even just unpacking them, you can see how well-thought-out the entire concept is – from the high-quality blocks to the beautifully designed wooden box. Every aspect shows incredible attention to detail and is worth every penny. These building blocks are not only a wonderful toy but also a fantastic learning tool. My children love playing with them, and they learn math almost without realizing they're learning! The concept is so clever that it offers fun for all ages. The quality is simply exceptional. At first, it was a stable for the animals, and now the animals are being placed in the correct boxes according to number. The box we built from three blocks now holds the animals we have.
