⭐ 1 star We’ve worked with DB Schenker for over 11 years. For the first decade, the service was mostly reliable — with a few minor issues, but nothing critical. Unfortunately, over the past year, the quality has deteriorated significantly. Communication has become a major issue. Emails frequently go unanswered, and there’s no coordination between Schenker offices in different countries, nor with suppliers or clients. Phone support often comes with long wait times, and even when you do get through, resolving issues is painfully slow. Pickups that used to take 1–2 days now take weeks, and we’ve had EU shipments delayed up to 6 weeks, where it previously took 3–6 days. Customs declarations are often incorrect, requiring time-consuming corrections that drain resources on all sides — including customs officers and Schenker’s own staff. We’ve also faced repeated invoicing errors, and requests for corrections are simply ignored. After years of loyal collaboration, we’ve decided to stop using their services. The current level of service is not just disappointing — it’s unprofessional and completely unreliable for a business that depends on efficient logistics.
Very bad experience as a customer. Huge delay in delivery of goods. Poorly trained and unprofessional employees. Gross errors in calculating customs clearance fees. In short: next time I will use other companies such as TNT, BRT or DHL.
