Top-notch service! We signed up for a test ride and were able to be met outside of opening hours. Coffee to start, followed by a professional and very friendly explanation of the e-bikes. Then an extended test ride with bikes prepared to our needs. We made the purchase – top value for money! And today the delivery: perfect from start to finish, including a test ride with the bikes perfectly adjusted to our needs. Spontaneous assistance with loading the bikes onto the rear carrier.
