Pilatus Bahnen AG offers an exceptional and unforgettable experience from start to finish. The journey up Mount Pilatus is already spectacular, with a smooth and well-organised ride that builds anticipation as the scenery becomes more dramatic. At the summit, you are rewarded with truly breathtaking panoramic views over Lake Lucerne and the surrounding Swiss Alps. The landscape is absolutely stunning and feels different with every change in light and weather. The viewing platforms are well designed and offer plenty of space to enjoy the views and take photos. The facilities at the top are excellent, with restaurants, walking paths, and clear signage throughout the area. Everything is very well maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Pilatus Bahnen AG is a must-visit attraction and one of the absolute highlights of the Lucerne region.
I loved this experience. Watching the cable cars come and go was fun. The views are incredible. The ride down was quick and easy. As expected the food was quite pricey and took time to get, but was tasty. A lovely afternoon spent here with friends.
Top tier experience, we booked the fondue cable ride and it was the highlight of the trip. You get to watch the breathtaking view while enjoying a comforting and warm meal. They provide you with blankets, water and prosecco. The fondue is really good and it comes with a whole pan of bread. Would do it again 100%.
Great experience, quiet not crazy silly amounts of people, great views and a cool bar.
Beautiful place. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Worth every penny.
What an amazing trip up the mountain with a unique train. This is a must-see when visiting Switzerland. The view from the top is spray spectacular. Lovely restaurants at the top. However, the best part was descending via cable car. It's something that was a thrill for me, as the country side view is picturesque.
