Positive: The driver was friendly and patient, and the handover went perfectly. The requested delivery time was met exactly. Negative: The logistics center couldn't give us a delivery time window. They also couldn't arrange for the driver to call approximately 30 minutes before arrival. Result: The driver called when he arrived at the door. We weren't home. He then waited a good 15 minutes and handed over the delivery as described above. It was certainly a welcome break for the driver :-), but the logistics department could definitely improve this aspect.

Today I experienced a completely professional handling. Morand delivered a large sofa to me, which they transported to the second floor by crane. They set it up, removed the waste, and disposed of it. A very reasonable price. Two experts who know what they're doing. The move itself was carried out professionally. However, it took twice as long because the location wasn't checked despite prior warnings. Furthermore, the quotes are unreliable and based on rough estimates. It's common knowledge within the company that the quotes and job descriptions rarely reflect reality. The final bill was more than double the quoted amount. The company owner treated me with utter rudeness and dismissiveness, and personally attacked me. Extremely disappointing. I'm leaving with a huge amount of resentment and exorbitant costs.
