The station has no waiting areas with seating options for train passengers expect one metallic bench on platform 3 behind the building. Very unpleasant. There is vending machine or coffee machine which makes the experience even worse because there are no shops or stores in this area. The restaurants in the area do not offer takeaway. The train does not have a coffee machine or vending machine like most other modern trains in Switzerland. This is very bad for a station that is supposed to promote tourism in the Andermatt region. Please install a coffee machine and vending machine. Waiting times for trains are always on display and are always up to date. The SBB app offer realtime updates that complement station display.
Beautiful place
This is a small train station that allows you to reach Andermatt; it is an optional stop, so trains will not always stop there.

Very beautiful place next to the mountains, it is very beautiful in winter.
The loading process went perfectly. We expected the crowds, since Saturday is room change day. However, we were surprised that we had to wait in line for two hours. The estimated wait time was three hours... The journey through the tunnel was quick and quite an experience.
