As a private individual, I wanted to insulate my basement. I received excellent advice over the phone from Süssmann's customer service representative. On-site, I received further detailed advice and tips for installation. They helped me load the boxes into my car. The insulation panels are very good and even a DIY enthusiast can easily install them (using expanding foam). This was, of course, primarily due to the customer service representative's helpful advice. All in all, I can only say – SUPERB SERVICE – thank you!
