The managing director acts with extreme lack of transparency and frequently presents an unrealistic picture of the actual situation. Problems are glossed over and portrayed as successes, which fosters little trust. Furthermore, statements often do not correspond to reality. Overall, there is a clear lack of honesty and openness in communication.

I will never use Dini Chance to sell a product again. The company charged 650 francs to go online, plus a percentage of the product sale. My product was never sold because the company has no interest in advertising, and it was removed from the site before the contractual deadlines. It's a scam. I do not recommend it.

I keep getting emails, it's really annoying!! I contacted customer service, but their response was less than helpful! These emails can't be turned off, I can't delete my account, and I've been getting the message that I have items in my cart for months. I've emptied my cart multiple times, or rather, it's empty, all to no avail!! I really can't recommend this shop; it's a complete disaster, errors here and there. On top of that, there's no information about stock or delivery times!
