This store was highly recommended to me. I went there; it was a nice, well-stocked store with very friendly service and advice. I was looking for a powerful power bank for our Alp and our two cell phones. They explained everything, and I bought the best: XI Power, model MP-23000A. Excellent power bank; I was able to charge it several times within 5 days, and it still had almost 50% charge remaining. (The device always shows the remaining charge level on a scale.)
I bought a Solarflex with an external MEGA 23000 power bank. The power bank broke down after a short time, and after an exchange, it broke down again after a short time. I paid over €700 for everything. After extensive research, I discovered that the power bank is available cheaply on Alibaba for $69, and Sistech sells the exact same inferior products for €289. When it broke, they claimed it was due to deep discharge, even though it was charged, instead of admitting that it's cheap mass-produced merchandise from Shenzhen, China. They advertise with "Sistech Switzerland," but this has nothing to do with "Made in Switzerland." I feel ripped off and am now stuck with the defective product. The best part is that it's not the only product you can get on Alibaba for just a few dollars; no, Sistech's online shop is full of such defective electronics and accessories. Otherwise, their email support is very friendly and helpful, but what good is that to me if I have devices that constantly break down?
Brilliant, competent, and courteous customer service. I can recommend the Ecoboxx to any solar energy enthusiast. I charge it with a larger battery, which is powered by a solar panel. The flexible solar cards are highly recommended for outdoor enthusiasts. They are robust and charge in almost any weather. I hiked around the world for six months with one and was always reliably supplied with power for my phone. Thanks for your great work! 👏👍

I have an older Torqeedo boat motor. Since the original Torqeedo solar panel was far too expensive for me (€799), I did some research and came across the Volta 36V panel from Sistech (€299). Delivery to Germany was no problem. The foldable panel is surprisingly small and handy and works perfectly. In direct sunlight, the battery charges faster than from a wall outlet. Because I also wanted to charge a 12V power pack with the panel, the CEO personally made me a suitable cable with a voltage converter. Excellent service!
